Terms and Conditions1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to allow our technicians to perform appliance installation, repair, or maintenance as requested. All services are carried out according to the description provided at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made as per the agreed method before, during, or immediately after service completion. We accept cash, card, and online payments. Any additional parts or services required will be billed separately.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate appliance details, access to the premises, and ensure the appliance is in a condition suitable for service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or misuse of appliances.
4. Service Limitations
Our services are limited to repair, installation, and maintenance of appliances as specified. We do not cover damages caused by accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or improper usage.
5. Liability
We take utmost care during service. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of appliances. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are allowed before the technician is dispatched. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid services not rendered or unresolved service issues, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the latest terms before using our services.
